(Brown, C ED 97-1). <br /> <br />Section 3. Resolution No. 4519 adopted on May 12, 1997, is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 4. Monday, July 14, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time, in the Council <br />Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, is hereby fixed as the date, time and place for hearing <br />objections to the withdrawals. The City Manager shall cause a Notice of the date, time and <br />place and purpose of the hearing, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit R hereto, to be <br />published in the Register Guard once each week for two consecutive weeks prior to the <br />hearing and to be posted in four public places in the City for a like period of time. <br /> <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted the 23rd day of June, 1997. <br /> <br />It - r/f7 <br /> <br />City RtCorder <br />
