P. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1100 dated February 6, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 21, 1997: Tax lots 2200 and 2300, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 3 4, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of Irvington Road, west of Byron Street, east of Revell Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit 0 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Lyon, C ED 97-9). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. Q. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1094 dated February 6, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 21, 1997: Tax lot 1201, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 4 3, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Irvington Road, north of W Anchor Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit P attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Smith, C ED 97-3). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. R. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1093 dated February 6, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 21, 1997: Tax lot 200, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 4 1, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, east of River Road, north of River Loop #2, north and east of Scenic Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit Q attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Brown, C ED 97-1). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. s. The City has authority under ORS 199.510 and 222.520 to 222.575 to withdraw the territories from the Districts without referring the withdrawal to the Boundary Commission. Resolution - 6
