(Shephard, C ED 97-72). and, Tax lots 501, 502, 503, and 1000, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 2 1, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, east of River Road, north of Kingsbury, and more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Ruhoff, C ED 97-73). Section 3. The City Council proposes that the territory bounded by the lines running as follows, which have heretofore been annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the Willamalane Park and Recreation District: Tax lot 1307, Assessor's Map 18-03-03 2 0, west of Henderson and south of 1-5, and more particularly described on Exhibit V attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Cooney, C ED 97- 80). Section 4. Monday, February 2, 1998, at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, is hereby fixed as the date, time and place for hearing objections to the withdrawals. The City Manager shall cause a Notice of the date, time and place and purpose of the hearing, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit W hereto, to be published in the Register Guard once each week for two consecutive weeks prior to the hearing and to be posted in four public places in the City for a like period of time.
