<br />Section 2. Wednesday, March 11, 1998, at 11 :30 a.m., Pacific Time, in the McNutt Room, <br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, is hereby fixed as the date, time and place for hearing objections to the <br />withdrawal. The City Manager shall cause a Notice of the date, time and place and purpose of the <br />hearing, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit B hereto, to be published in the Register Guard once <br />each week for two consecutive weeks prior to the hearing and to be posted in four public places in <br />the City for a like period of time. <br /> <br />The foregoing Resolution adopted the 23rd day of February, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution - 2 <br />
