<br />RESOLUTION NO. 4567 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ELECTING TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUE <br />SHARING FUNDS PURSUANT TO SECTION 221.770 OF OREGON <br />REVISED STATUTES. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, A Municipal <br />Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City of Eugene, Oregon, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1999, elects to <br />receive distribution of funds from State Revenue Sharing pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes <br />Section 221.770. <br /> <br />Section 2.
