<br />Section 3. By adoption hereof, the Eugene City Council specifically consents to the <br />transfer requested herein. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Manager is directed to file a copy of this Resolution with the Lane <br />County Local Government Boundary Commission. <br /> <br />Section 5.
