<br />RECITALS:

<br />A. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June
<br />23, 1998, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real
<br />property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 29, 1998:
<br />
<br />Tax Lot 4500, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 4 1, located in the River
<br />Road area of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Park
<br />Avenue, east of W alnut Avenue, and more particularly described on
<br />Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

<br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road
<br />Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those
<br />Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn.

<br />B. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June
<br />17, 1998, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real
<br />property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 20, 1998:

<br />Tax Lot 800, Assessor's Map 17-04-1442, located in the River Road
<br />area of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of Howard Avenue,
