That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. F. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated July 21, 1998, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466, and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective June 29, 1998: Tax Lot 300, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 12, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Howard Lane, north of Horn Lane, east of Dalton Drive and more particularly described on Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Sizemore-Boless, EC ED 98-38). That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. G. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated August 14, 1998, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466, and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective August 10, 1998: Tax Lot 1600, Assessor's Map 17-04-24 2 4, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, east of River Road, north of East Hilliard Lane, south of Hillcrest Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit G attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Lujan, EC ED 98-47). That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. H. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated October 9, 1998, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466, and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective October 5, 1998: Tax Lot 3300, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 4 2, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Elkay Road, north of the Northwest Expressway, east of Glory Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit H attached hereto and Resolution - 3
