The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. P. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. Q. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1124, dated February 5, 1998, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 20, 1998: Tax Lot 700, Assessor's Map 17-04-1123, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, west of Stark Street, east of Northwest Expressway, north of Bobolink Avenue and more particularly described on Exhibit Q attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Dickerson, C ED 98-06). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District.
