RESOLUTION NO. 4605

A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING APPLICATION FOR AN OREGON
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FUND LOAN BY SHEPARD
VRIJMOET ENTERPRISES, LLC

The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that:

A. The Eugene City Council finds that the development of the Co-Motion Cycles
building by Shepard Vrijmoet Enterprises, LLC, would assist an existing locally
owned small business in Eugene.

B. ORS 285B.059 requires, before the approval of an Oregon Business Development
Fund project by the State of Oregon, that the governing body of the appropriate
local government recommend the project, and

C. The City Council finds that the Project is consistent with all applicable adopted
local plans, and

D. The City Council finds that the completion of the Co-Motion Cycles building would
be in the best interests of the citizens of Eugene.

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

EUGENE, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows:

Section 1.
