<br />EXHIBIT C <br />FY03 INTERFUND LOANS <br />INCLUDED IN THE BUDGET COMMITTEE'S FY03 BUDGET RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />In compliance with ORS 294.460 and the City of Eugene Financial Management Goals and <br />Policies, the FY03 Budget Recommendation authorizes the following new interfund loans: <br /> <br />OPERATING INTERFUND LOANS: <br /> <br />1. Loan of $200,000 from the Facilities and Fleet Services Fund to the Library Local <br />Option Levy Fund for short term cash flow. <br />2. Loan of $764,035 from the Facilities and Fleet Services Fund to the Risk <br />Management Fund for unexpected risk claim expenditures. <br />
