RESOLUTION NO. 4740 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDED SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT CHARGE METHODOLOGIES AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 4717. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds as follows: A. On April 8, 2002, the System Development Charges (SDC) Methodologies were adopted by Resolution No. 4717. B. On June 27,2002, Table 9 (the Regional (MWMC) SDC Credit Rates), which is included in the SDC Methodologies that were adopted by Resolution No. 4717, was amended by Administrative Order No. 58-02-18-F. C. Amendments to the SDC Methodologies are needed to include adoption of a cost index, provisions for regular administrative adjustments to costs and other rate factors, and clarifications of the use of existing transportation system rate factors. An amendment to the SDC Methodologies is also needed to reflect an inflationary adjustment of +3.9% for local systems for the period ending June, 2002. NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the above findings, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: Section 1. The City Council hereby repeals Resolution No. 4717, and adopts the amended Systems Development Charge Methodologies attached hereto as Exhibit A. Section 2. The City Manager pro tern is hereby directed to notify the City Recorder that the amendments to Table 9 (the Regional (MWMC) SDC Credit Rates), effected by Administrative Order No. 58-02-18- F, have been incorporated into the Systems Development Charge Methodologies attached hereto as Exhibit A, and, therefore, all appropriate log entries should indicate that Administrative Order No.5 8-02- 18-F is no longer in effect. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective November 4, 2002.
