and Tax Lot 1200, Assessor's Map 17-04-11 23, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, south of Bobolink Avenue and west of Stark Street, as more particularly described on Exhibit M attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Hackleman, C ED 95-77). and Tax Lot 1409, Assessor's Map 17-04-11 3 1, located in the Santa Clara area of North Eugene, west of Ferndale Road, north of Irving Road, and east of Cassinia Court, as more particularly described on Exhibit N attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (lrving/Rauber, C ED 95-94). Section 3. The City Council proposes that the territory bounded by the line running as follows, which has heretofore been annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the Willamalane Park and Recreation District: Tax Lot 106, Assessor's Map 18-03-03 0 0, located east of the Laurel Hill area of Eugene, south and west of 1-5, and south of Henderson Avenue, as more particularly described on Exhibit o attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Coast Resources, Inc., EC ED 94-43). Section 4. The City Council proposes that the territory bounded by the line running as follows, which has heretofore been annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the Junction City Water Control District: Tax Lots 2600 and 2603, Assessor's Map 17-04-03 4 0, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, along Irvington Drive near Lancaster Drive and Tyson Lane, as more particularly described on Exhibit P attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Peterson, C ED 94-16). Section 5. Monday, February 26, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, is hereby fixed as the date, time and place for hearing objections to the withdrawals. The City Manager shall cause a Notice of the date, time and place and purpose of the hearing, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit Q hereto, to be published in the Register Guard once each week for two consecutive weeks prior to the hearing and to be posted in four public places in the City for a like period of time.
