LIBRARY PLAZA AND INTERSECTION (LCC, <br />LTD and Atrium Building) <br />The library is a popular destination for all residents of Eugene. <br />Words most frequently mentioned: <br />However, the loitering outside is a serious concern, especially <br />for families with children. Outdoor seating, tables, chairs, and <br />games were suggested for outside the library and LCC. Seating <br />about loitering youth and homeless at that corner as well. The <br />Atrium Building was viewed as an opportunity to put more <br />- <br />es. <br />Behavior mapsshowed that the Library Plazas <br /> main activity <br />was also socializing, which sharply increased throughout the <br />day. The activity of people-watching declined from morning <br />to midday but rebounded from midday into the afternoon <br />2.Top improvements at Library Plaza <br />hours, while the use of phones and tablets gradually decreased <br />throughout the day.
