It is a yearly mass balance report for listed chemicals. The list has been determined by the
Toxics Right to Know board.
2How would you work to make decisions as a board member given that there may be persons on the board whose views are
in direct opposition to yours? do you have any experience doing this? Please explain.
I would seek elements that we both agree on and try to extrapolate from there to a position that compromises between
both our positions. One of my secondary roles is that of process improvement coordination. This requires me to
negotiate with various departments that can have opposing needs.
3Please describe your experience in the formation of or implementation of public policy and regulations.
I have experience in the implementation of regulations pertaining to environmental issues due to my current job, and
land use and building regulations from my prior job.
4Why did you apply for the Toxics Board, and what do you hope to contribute?
I would like to make sure that the viewpoint of the company I work for is fairly represented.
5FOR RIGHT-TO-KNOW ADVOCATES ONLY:
Please describe your experience advocating for the public's right to know.
I would be an industry advocate. This question does not apply to me.
6FOR RIGHT TO KNOW ADVOCATES ONLY:
Please describe your familiarity with chemical substances and processes used in manufacturing.
I would be an industry advocate.
