Appropriate traffic <br />studies are one of the residents main assurances that new development will ruin our <br />neighborhoods, devalue our homes, and put our streets in gridlock. Often the <br />developers <br />are from out of the area and have no vested interest in what happens to our city. <br />The traffic standards will be much lower with the E rating.
