Attachment C
Wednesday,, December 7, 2016 at 6:05:15 PM Pacific Standard Time
Subject: PCIS -40 Vonderheit Lving Trust - followup
Date. Thursday, M,ay 14, 2015 at 1:18:212 PM Pacific Daylight Time
From: HANEY Ed R
To; William Sherlock
CC: BERG-JOH'ANSEN Erik, STARK Donna L
M
Donna and I discussed potential wastewater options, with Scott Gillespie, our civil engineer who is the lead on PEP I (privately
Engineered Public improvement), projects. Scott thought a gravity sewer down to Louis Lane, or actually CitrineAvenue, if the
Jewel does get built out, would be possible by circling around the easterly slopes of the knoll and then following the contours
on the north side, I've sketched a rough alignment for your use (see attachment), It the public system has not yet been
extended as a result of the Jewel or some other development on that property, the developer of the Vonderheit property
would be responsible for extending the public sewer from Bailey Hill to the project site. As this would likely be a spendy
Project, it would be worthwhile to check with a private engineer on a more specific alignment and associated costs
I also gave the intersection study done by Kelly Sandow to Scott. I'll get back to you when he has had a chance to read through
it.
Thanks,
Ed
Exh1b1tFQge I of I
Page I of 2
