ACTION: An Ordinance Providing for Withdrawal of Annexed Properties from the Santa Clara Rural Fire Protection District, the Santa Clara Water District, the Willakenzie Rural Fire Protection District, the Lane Rural Fire/Rescue District, the Junction City Water Control District, the River Road Park & Recreation District, the River Road Water District, and the Eugene Rural Fire Protection District 1 City Council President: I move to adopt Council Bill 5167, an ordinance withdrawing territories from the Santa Clara Rural Fire Protection District, the Santa Clara Water District, the Willakenzie Rural Fire Protection District, the Lane Rural Fire/Rescue District, the Junction City Water Control District, the River Road Park & Recreation District, the River Road Water District, and the Eugene Rural Fire Protection District 1. Call for vote. S. PUBLIC HEARING and ACTION: FY 2018-2023 Capital Improvement Program Manager: Introduces topic, presents background information. Mayor opens the public hearing: Those wishing to speak during the Public Hearing must submit a completed `Request to Speak"form to the information desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing.
