ACTION: <br />An Ordinance Providing for Withdrawal of Annexed Properties from <br />the Santa Clara Rural Fire Protection District, the Santa Clara Water <br />District, the Willakenzie Rural Fire Protection District, the Lane <br />Rural Fire/Rescue District, the Junction City Water Control District, <br />the River Road Park & Recreation District, the River Road Water <br />District, and the Eugene Rural Fire Protection District 1 <br />City Council President: I move to adopt Council Bill 5167, an ordinance <br />withdrawing territories from the Santa Clara Rural Fire Protection District, <br />the Santa Clara Water District, the Willakenzie Rural Fire Protection <br />District, the Lane Rural Fire/Rescue District, the Junction City Water <br />Control District, the River Road Park & Recreation District, the River Road <br />Water District, and the Eugene Rural Fire Protection District 1. <br />Call for vote. <br />S. PUBLIC HEARING and ACTION: <br />FY 2018-2023 Capital Improvement Program <br />Manager: Introduces topic, presents background information. <br />Mayor opens the public hearing: Those wishing to speak during the <br />Public Hearing must submit a completed `Request to Speak"form to the <br />information desk, prior to the beginning of the Public Hearing. When you <br />come to the podium, please give your name, city of residence, and, for <br />Eugene residents, your ward if known; you will have three minutes to <br />comment. There are lights on the timer; the red light indicates the end of <br />three minutes. <br />Mayor: Closes the public hearing. <br />City Council President: I move to adopt the FY2018-2023 Capital <br />Improvement Program as recommended by the Budget Committee. <br />Call for vote. <br />6.
