options, the consultant team recommends that exploration of how the three Police options affect <br />specific sites be conducted during conceptual design rather than trying to narrow Police options <br />further at this time. <br /> <br /> <br />RELATED CITY POLICIES <br />The City Hall Complex master planning and public participation process relates to the council <br />goals of an effective, accountable municipal government, a safe community, and sustainable <br />community growth and change. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL OPTIONS <br /> <br />The council may decide to narrow the site options for use in concept designs for a new City Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY MANAGER’S RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The City Manager recommends that the project team narrow the site options for City Hall to two: <br />1) Site 8 (Rock N Rodeo/Butterfly Lot) and 2) Site 9 (existing City Hall).
