legend of the land use diagram on page 36 of the SAS is revised to delete the following <br />designations: I/M Institutional/Medium Density Residential With Special Review, Gl <br />General Institutional, RHR Residential Hall Related With Special Review, M Medium <br />Density Residential With Site Review, and O Opportunity Area With Site Review. The <br />legend is also revised to add the following designation: LHDR/LI Limited High Density <br />Residential/Limited Institutional. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The General Policies (page 1) of the Fairmount/University of Oregon <br />Special Area Study ("SAS") text is amended as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) General Policies 2 and 3 (page 1 ) are amended, and a new Policy 8 is added <br />thereto, to provide as follows: <br /> <br /> 2.
