<br />legend is also revised to add the following designation: LHDR/LI Limited High Density
<br />Residential/Limited Institutional.

<br /> Section 3. The General Policies (page 1) of the Fairmount/University of Oregon
<br />Special Area Study ("SAS") text is amended as follows:

<br /> 8. The City shall encourage applicants who desire amendments to this
<br />plan to involve the collaboration of the City and the Fairmount Neighborhood in the
<br />review and revision process.

<br /> (b) Policy 1 of the University of Oregon Lands Policies (East Campus Area)
<br />(page 2) of the SAS is amended, and new Policies 6, 7, 8 and 9 are added thereto, to
<br />provide as follows:
