Per Section 7.187, the City Council can take the following actions: <br />1. Adoption of the ordinance levying assessments. <br />2. If, after reviewing the proposed assessment, a determination is made that the assessment should be <br /> modified, staff would be directed to publish a new notice and a public hearing must be conducted. <br /> New findings would then be prepared for City Council adoption. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Findings and Recommendation of the Hearings Official and adoption <br />of the ordinance levying assessments. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION <br />The council is asked to approve two motions: <br /> 1. Move to approve the Findings and Recommendations of the Hearings Official of March 1, 2004. <br />2. Move to adopt an ordinance levying assessments for paving, curbs, gutters, sidewalk, median, <br /> parking bays, street lights, street trees, and storm water drainage system on Lone Oak Drive from <br /> Division Avenue to 250 feet east of Lone Oak Way. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />A.
