Kurt referred to a <br /> letter from Tom Coyle regarding neighbor concerns. Kurt said that he would <br /> make a copy of this letter available to Kristen. <br /> <br /> Kurt also noted that Garden Way is viewed by the City as the #1 street of <br /> importance to the Chase Garden Node and Marche Chase is #2 street. <br /> Therefore, it will be tougher to adjust code standards for development along <br /> Garden Way. <br /> <br />9. Katharine noted that the City will review the <br /> setback requirements and all other related land use criteria once the final <br /> drawings are submitted for review. So we need to make sure that all of the <br /> relevant requirements are met in the final set of drawings. <br /> <br /> Kurt added that the City recognizes the potential difficultly in meeting the <br /> setback requirements in the curvy sections of Marche Chase Drive and Garden <br /> Way so the City is open to adjustments to the setback standards. <br /> <br /> 10.
