Direct the Agency Director to enter into a 90-day exclusive negotiation period with TK Partners for <br />th <br /> the sale and development of the 10 & Charnelton development site, with the terms of the sale and <br /> development to be approved by the URA following the negotiation period. <br />2. Direct the Agency Director to enter into a 90-day exclusive negotiation period with either Beam <br />th <br /> Development or Sockeye Development for the sale and development of the 10 & Charnelton <br /> development site, with the terms of the sale and development to be approved by the URA following <br /> the negotiation period. <br />3.
