Declares emergency, <br /> HB 2365 1 Oppose/Am effective July 1, 2005. 2/11 <br /> Eliminates civil liability of seller or manufacturer of firearm or ammunition for damages resulting <br /> HB 2373 3 Neutral from unlawful use of firearm. Specifies exceptions. 2/11 <br /> Extends working family child care tax credit to grandparents and guardians of qualifying child. <br /> Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2005. Takes effect on 91st day following <br /> HB 2378 2 Support adjournment sine die. 2/24 <br /> Expands criminal homicide to include causing death of unborn child. Requires <br /> HB 2411 3 Support department to report to Seventy-fourth Legislative Assembly. 2/17 <br /> Establishes rules governing passage of property from elderly and incapacitated persons who <br /> suffer physical or financial abuse that results in felony conviction of abuser. Provides that if abused <br /> person dies within five years after abuse occurs, property that would have passed from abused <br /> person to abuser by intestate succession, by will or by trust passes as if abuser had predeceased <br /> HB 2415 3 Drop abused person. 2/17 <br /> Creates tax credit for cost taxpayer actually paid for providing home purchase assistance to <br /> employee of taxpayer. Applies to costs actually paid for home purchase assistance in tax years <br /> HB 2417 3 Oppose beginning on or after January 1, 2006. 2/24 <br /> Requires county board or local boundary commission to approve petition for formation of special <br /> district if petition meets specified legal requirements.
