Makes new definition applicable to services <br /> rendered on or after effective date of Act. Adjusts wording of provision allowing engineer or <br /> professional engineer to make certain survey measurements and moves provision to separate <br /> SB 0055 3 Neutral section. Revises language to expressly state that board has authority to establish fees by rule. 2/11 <br /> Authorizes issuance of lottery bonds for transportation projects. Requires task force <br /> to submit preliminary and final reports to Legislative Assembly, Governor and Land Conservation <br /> and Development Commission. Sunsets January 2, 2010. Declares emergency, effective on <br /> SB 0082 3 Monitor passage. 3/09 <br /> Modifies definition of 'significant structure' for purposes of requiring certificate of registration as <br /> professional structural engineer.
