2005 Legislative Session IGR Committee Bill Approval April 11, 2005 <br /> <br /> Directs State Board of Forestry to establish permanent conservation reserves on state <br /> forestlands. Designates certain forestlands in Tillamook and Clatsop Counties as permanent <br /> SB 0345 3 Support conservation reserves. 2/17 <br /> Postpones, for certain claims for just compensation arising from land use regulation, dates on <br /> which property owner becomes eligible to receive compensation and to file cause of action in <br /> circuit court for compensation. Postpones date of accrual for certain claims for just compensation. <br /> SB 0350 2 Oppose Declares emergency, effective on passage. 3/09 <br /> Directs local governments to allow neighborhood associations specified period of time to <br /> comment on issuance or renewal of liquor license. Extends time periods for consideration of <br /> SB 0357 3 Neutral application for license. 2/17 <br /> Expands coverage of intimidation laws to include crimes against persons based on gender <br /> SB 0360 2 Support identity. 3/09 <br /> Establishes mandatory minimum sentences for unlawful manufacture or delivery of <br /> SB 0375 2 Support methamphetamine and for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. 2/17 <br /> Increases penalty for unlawful possession or distribution of methamphetamine precursors. <br /> Punishes by maximum of__ years' imprisonment, $ fine, or both. Creates crime of <br /> unlawful possession of methyl sulfonyl methane. Punishes by maximum __ imprisonment, <br /> $__ fine, or both. Appropriates moneys <br /> SB 0379 2 Neutral from General Fund to Department of Justice. 3/09 <br /> Requires majority of voters in territory proposed to be annexed and majority of voters in city or <br /> district annexing territory to approve annexation plan under which city or district may annex <br /> SB 0380 3 Monitor territory within urban growth boundary. 3/09 <br /> <br /> <br />
