DELIIBERATION/POSSIBLE ACT [ON: PUBLIC SAFETY SPECIAL DISTRICT <br /> METRO PLAN AMENDMENT <br /> <br /> Ms. Colbath declared a potential conflict of inte'est as she was currently working under contract as a <br /> financial advisor with the City of Coburg. She ~ded that she had read the minutes from previous <br /> meetings at which thc topic was discussed. <br /> <br /> Ms. Muir reported that she had discussed Ms. lbath's potential conflict of interest with the City <br /> Attorney, who had ruled that Ms. Colbath could ~articipate fully in the discussion and vote on the topic. <br /> <br /> Ms. Muir said that thc role of the Planning Corn aission was to make recommendations on the criteria in <br /> the Metro Plan, noting that thc proposed Metro i lan amendment had bccn initiated by Lane County.
