._._.... .__ .A___._'" ~ . ,. ._'.. _~.-: ...., ~ ~- An Ordinance accepting and ratifyint the acceptance of the bid of Oscar Snow for the construction of a sewer on the South side of 12th Avenue from Tyler to Taylor Sts., together with all manholes, flush tanks, lampholes, wyes and other appurtenances necessary for a complete improvement as per Resolution 11-14-27 was read the firstime and passed its second and third readings by title by unanimous consent under suspension of the rule and was placed on its final passage. The ayes and nayes were called, all present voting aye, nay, none. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 6518. An Ordinance levying the annual tax for the city of Eugene, Oregon, for the fiscal year of 1928, was read the first time and passed its second and third readings by title by unanimous consent under suspension of the rule ana was p.laced on its final passage. The ayes and nayes were called, all present voting aye, nay, none. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 6519.
