<br /> proper apportionment of the assessments against the various tracts shown on the
<br /> plat and the various descriptions attached thereto, and the City Recorder and the
<br /> City Treasurer be and they are hereby directed to correct their records to con-
<br /> form to descriptions and assessments shown in the Engineer's Report upon said
<br /> petition.
<br /> An Ordinance levying assessments for paving Second Avenue from the West line
<br /> of Van Buren Street to the ~ast line of Blair Boulevard, ViaS read the first time
<br /> and laid over.
<br /> An Orainance levying assessments for grading 22nd Avenue from the West linG
<br /> of Charnel ton Street to the East. line of Washington Street in the City of Eugene,
<br />> Lane County, Oregon, was read the first time and laid over.
<br /> An Ordinance levying assessments for paving 9th Avenue from the East line of
<br /> Tyler Street to the East line of Almaden Street, was read the first tirre and laid
<br /> over.
<br /> TVven t.}T one sidewalk assessment Ordinances were read the first time and laid
<br /> over.
<br /> Si<<teen sidewalk assessment Ordinances having been read the first time on
<br /> December 28th, 1927, and registered notices sent, and there being no protests,
<br /> they passed their second and third readings by title by unanimous consent under
<br />I suspension of the rule and were placed on their final passage. The ayes and nays
<br /> were called, all present voting aye, nay, none. The Ordinances were declared
<br /> passed and numbered from 6535 to 6550, both numbers inclusive.
<br /> An Ordinance levying assessments for grading Lincoln Street from the ~outh
<br /> line of 22nd Avenue to ~he South line of 23rcL Ave. , in the City of Eugene, having
<br /> been read the first time on December 28th, 1927, and registered notices sent and
<br /> there being no protests, it passed its second and third readings by title by
<br /> unanimous consent under suspension of the rule and was placed on its final
<br /> passage. The ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye, nay, none. The
<br /> Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 6551.

<br /> of Franklin Boulevard South to the existing pavement, in~the City of Eugene,
<br /> having been read the first time on December 28, 1927, and registered notices sent
<br /> and. the objections of the Southern Pacific Railroad Co. having been over-ruled, it
<br /> passed its second and third readings by title by unanimous consent under suspensio
<br /> of the rule and. was placed on its final passage. The ayes and nBWs were called,
<br /> all present voting aye, nay, none. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered
<br /> 6552.
<br /> An Ordinance for the cnnstruction of a sanitary sewer in the alley between
<br /> Lawrence and Washington Street, from 13th to 14th Avenues, in the City of Eugene,
<br /> was read the first time and passed its second and thil"d readings by ti tle by
<br /> unanimous consent under suspension of the rule and was placed on its final passage.
<br /> The ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye, nay, none. The Ordinance
<br /> was declared passed and nwnbered 6553.
<br /> An Ordinance adppting the plans and specifications of the City Engineer for
<br /> the construction of a sanitary sewer in the alley between Lawrence and Washington
<br /> S ts. , from 13th to 14th Avenue, was read the first time and passed its second and
<br /> third readings by ti tle by unanimous consent under .c suspension of the rule and was
<br /> placed on its final passage. The ayes .and nyas were called, all present voting
