RESOVED: That the Gommon Counc il of the City of Eugene, (Dregon, deems it expedient and necessary to open, layout and establish Almaden Street' from 6th to 8th Avenue and that the City Engineer be and is directed to make a sli!vey of the same, to mark the boundaries thereof, to make a plat thereof ,and ma.k~ and- file a written report containing a ful11and complete description of such street and its boundarie and of the portions of each lot, part of lots or tract of land to ba appropriated therefor.
