Meeting called to 0 <br />order by the lV~yor. <br /> <br />Minutes of the meetings of February 13th and February 27th, 1928, approved. <br /> <br />Dr. Moxley appeared and spoke on the Boy Scout movemen't and stated on Monday, <br />,March 19, the Scouts would mee t and take over the Ci ty Government as proposed and <br />the Mayor and. Gouncil were invited to meet with them. <br /> <br />James King appeared and presented a petition to widen Willaaette Street from <br />6th to 11th Avenues. Said matter was referred to the Street Committee and the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />Iv! J Thompson appeared and stated thE:re are many gas p~U'p~c:;t)ary to the <br />Ordinances of the City and asked they be removed. The matte.r was referred to the <br />Street Committee. <br /> <br />Fred Lindsay appeared as to the bill the City claims a:s damages done to the <br />alley in the rear of the McM:orran and WaElhburne store at the time such building <br />was constructed.
