THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: BE IT ENACT~D BY THE ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON: I Section 1. The Common Council of the City of Eugene is hereby authorized and. empowered to sell, dispose of or exchange the present City Hall property situated at the corner of 11th Avenue and vvi'llame.tte Street in the City of Eugene and des- cribed as follows, to-wit: Geginning at the Southwest corner of Willamette Street and 11th Avenue West, Or where the West line of Wiililamette Street intersects the South line of 11th Avenue West, thence South along the West line of Willamette Street 160 feet, thence ~
