<br />Isaac Wheal don appeared and protested against the pro'posed assessment
<br />for sidewalk construction at the corner of 4th Avenue and Blair Bouleval'd. Said
<br />matter was discussed and said abjection oVel~-ruled.

<br />M. Andersen aplJeared and s.:polce r'elative to a S8V,ier to be constructed.
<br />across the Witte property which has been purchased by Mr. And.ersen. Said matter
<br />was di scus sed but no ac tion taken.

<br />Ben Keeney a,ppeal'ad wi th a Pl"'otest petition f'orpav ing ?th Avenue which
<br />wa,s ordered. at the last meeting of tm Council, ~~n(l filed. his and other' petitioner's
<br />objections to the paving of such. street. Such matter' was fully d.isc11ssed. s.nd. on
