<br /> Three sidewalk assessment o~dlliances were read the first time and laid
<br /> over.

<br /> placed on its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, all present voting
<br /> aye. Absent and not voting, Lamb, Monroe, and Reid. The Ordinance was declared

<br /> The matter of the paving of 12th Avenue from Charnelton to Polk street
<br /> was discussed, and J. E. Roach and others spoke thereon. As the Gh~man of the
<br /> Street Committee was not present, said matter was laid over and the Mayor directed
<br /> the City Engineer to be especially prepared to report on the matter of the paVing
<br /> of said Street between Polk and Tyler Streets. so that the matter may be disposed
<br /> I of at the next meeting of the Council.
