'l'he following bills were presented and considered: I":' ~. I Eugene Sand &~ Gravel Co. on account of Play Grounds. $ 77.00. L. P. Harmon, extr'a vvork on Polk Street Sewer Outlet. 338.38. Eugene Water Board, light at Franklin Boulevard 15.00. Bill of Lane County against the City of Eugene for work on Hellen S.treet by L. P. Harmon, 1928, $3858.47, one mlf of which was to be paid by the City of Eugene amounting to $1929.23, it being understood that this bill has already been paid to the County thro-ugh process of deduction by the COUilty Treasurer of this amount from the amount turned over by the County Treas- urer to the CH'T in collected taxes, and that this claim is p,res8n<ited to the City Courwil as official ratification of that adjustment of this accoUilt. Bill of American La France & Foamite Industries, Inc., for new Fire truck as per contract, $7400.00, this warrant to Qe held by tte City until delivery of said Fire truck. Fimaili extii1late to L. P. Harmon for work on the AmazQn from Gl~lmers Street to a point 2500 feet North and West of the beginning point. $2788.55.
