Calkins <:Llso reported that Mrs. titebno had recei ved a personal <br />injury on account of a baseball thrown b~T a University student on 15th Avenue <br />East, and in view of the liability of the, City of Eugene for damages in such <br />cases, suggested that t.he throwing of baseballs on the; City titreets be stopped. <br />The Council took the view that they should stop. this practice, and .rrem:~:ested <br />the City Attorney to confer.with the Dean of.'
