<br /> . first time, and passed its second and third readings by title by unanimous
<br /> consent under suspension of the rule, and was placed on its final passage. The

<br /> final passage. The ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye, nay,

<br /> An Ordinance adopting an addenda to the Uniform Building Code, being
<br /> Ordinance No. 6795, was read the fir st time" and passed its second and third
<br /> readings by title by unanimous consent under su spension of the rule, and was

<br /> aye, nay, none; absent and not voting, Zumwalt. The Ordinance was declared

<br /> An Ordinance to improve the alleys between 6th and 7th Avenue from
<br /> Olive street to Charnelton Street, and between Olive and Charnel ton Streets from
<br /> 6th to 7th Avenues, in the City of Eugene, by paving the same with concrete
<br /> pavement, was read the first time, and passed its second and thi~a readings
<br /> by title by unanimous consent under suspension of the rule, and was placed on
<br /> its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye, nay,
<br /> none; a'bsen t and no t vo ting, Zumwalt. The 'Ordinance was declared passed, and
