<br /> An Ordinance making provision against the discharge of storm water into
<br /> sewers, without a pennit from the Building Inspector of the City of ,Eugene, was
<br /> read the first time, and laId over.
<br />I An Ordinance providing for the appointment of viewers for the proposed
<br /> widening of Columbia Street from 23rd Avenue to Indiana Avenue, in the Ci ty of
<br /> Eugene, Oregon, by adding 11 feet to the width thereof, was read the first ti me ,
<br /> and passed its second and third readings by ti tle 'by unanimous consent under
<br /> suspension of the rule, and was placed on its final passage. The ayes and nays
<br /> were called, all present voting aye, nay, none; absent and not voting, Was~b.urne.
