Chairman Monroe of the Police committee reported that officer Jerry Hoyt had been placa,d a t work on the enforcement of traffic laws and that he had been using his personal car to a considerable extent, and that his work was of similar character of officer Haviland and recommended that he be placed on the pay roll at the same salary, being $145 per month commencing September 1st.
