<br /> the roof as a pent house, vvas read the first time, and passed its second and third
<br /> readings by ti tleby unanimous consent under suspension of the rule, and was
<br /> placed on its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, all present voting
<br /> aye, nay, none; ab sent and not voting, Reid and Large. The Ordinance was declared
<br /> pas'sed and numbered 7649.
<br /> An Ordinance amending ordinance No. 6795 by classifying Fraternity houses
<br /> and Sorority houses under Group H of Section 504 and under Section 1301 of Ordin-
<br /> ance No. 6795, passed by the Commoh Council and approved by the Mayor on the 23rd
<br /> day of April, 1928, was read the first time, and passed its second and third
<br /> readings by title by unanimous consent under suspension of the rule, and was
<br /> placed on its final passage. The ayes and nays vvere called, all present voting
<br /> aye, nay, none; a!Jsent and not voting, Rei d and Large. The Ordinance was declared
<br /> I passed and numbered 7650.
<br /> A resolution directing the 11ayor and recorder to execute and deliver to the
<br /> State of Oregon through the World War Veterans State Aid Commission a deed to
<br /> the North 50 feet of Lot 16, Block 12, of Fairmount, an Addition to the City of
<br /> Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, all interest of the City therein having been paid,
<br /> was read and on motion was duly- seconded and adopted.
