IvI. for the purpose of considering and <br /> passing an ordinance levying the annual tax for the fiscal year of 1930. <br /> Wi tness my hand this Dec. 30, 1929. <br /> Mayor, <br /> H. E. Wilder <br /> C ounci 1 Chamber s , Eugene, Oregon, <br /> December 30th, 1929. <br /> Council met in special session, pursuant to the call of Mayor Wilder. <br /> There 'vvere pre sent all Councilmen except Wash"burne. <br /> The purpose of the meeting as contained in the notice to Councilmen was <br /> I stated, and the Ordinance levying the annual tax for the City of Eugene, for the <br /> fiscal year of 1~30, was read the first time, and passed its second and third <br /> readin gs 'by ti tIe by unanimous consent Ullder suspension of the rule, and was <br /> placed on its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, all present voting <br /> aye, nay, none; absent and not voting, Washburne.
