<br />WHEREAS, by resolut;ion duly adopted the Common Council of the Ci ty of

<br />Eugene determined to open and establish Fifteenth Avenue- from Lawrence Street
<br />West to the East line of Hollenbeck's Addition in the City of Eugene, Lane
<br />County, Oregon.

<br />And Whereas, a plat of the proposed opening was made by the City Engineer
<br />and Viewers were duly appointed to assess the damages and benefits by reason of
<br />said Street Opening,
<br />And Whereas, after due notice of the time and place of mee ting said
<br />Viewers met, and made and filed a report of the damages and henefits by reason
<br />of said Street Opening,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, said report was duly adopted by Ordinance No. 4775, passed
<br />and approved on May 11th, 1925,
<br />And Vfuereas, said Viewers thereafter in further adjustment of the damages
<br />
<br />to the property of Edith M. Brummell recommended an additional allowance of
<br />damages to her in the sum of One Hundred Dollars,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, report was duly adopted by Ordinance No. 4936; passed and
<br />
<br />approved July 13th, 1925,
