<br />WHEREAS, The Common Council of the Ci ty of Eugene by re solution duly adopt- ~

<br />ed January 9th, 1928, determined to open, layout, and establish Seventh Avenue
<br />
<br />from West line of Campbell's First Addition to West City Limits, in the City of
<br />
<br />Eugene, Oregon,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, the report and plat of the City Engineer for the opening of
<br />
<br />said stre et was duly made and filed and duly adopted by the Ci ty Council by
<br />Ordinance No. 6585, passed and approved January 23rd, 1928,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, the viewers duly appointed by said Ordinance No. 6585 made
<br />and filed a report of their findings of benefits and damages to the property
<br />benefitted and the property damaged by the opening of said said street,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, due notice of the considerat,ion of said report was given, and
<br />
<br />thereafter said report was duly adopted by Ordinance No. 6630, passed and approv-
<br />edFebruary 27th, 1928,

<br />And Whereas, the Viewers found the amount of d&nages in the property taken
<br />to be ~1600.00 and the benefits to the adjoining property an eClual amount, and
<br />the ownership of said property benefitted and damaged, being the same, are de-
<br />clared to be ,offset against each other, and the time for appeal from the finding
<br />
<br />of said viewers has long since expired,
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, be it re solved by the Common Council of the Ci ty of Eugene that
<br />
<br />the following de scribed prop erty, bei ng the prope rty de scribed in said Engineer's
<br />report and in said Viewer's report, towit:

<br />East line of Taylor Street, run thence East 60.9 feet, thence South 66 feet,
<br />thence West 60.9 ,fee t, thence Nor th 66 feet to the place of beginning, all in
<br />Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
