L. <br />Poindexter by deed recorded on page 4, of Volume "100" of the Deed Records of <br />Lane County, thence West along the North line of said Poindexter lot, 150 feet, <br />thence North 124 feet to the Southwest corner of said lot num'bered 25 and thence <br />East 150 feet to the place of beginning, all being in and a pa.rt of the City of <br />'Eu.gene, in Lane Cou.nty, Oregon. <br />
