<br />from the East line of Croner's Addition to Blair Blvd., in Eugene, Lane County,

<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene by resolution duly adopt-
<br />

<br />ed June 27th, 1927, determined, to open, layout, and establish an Alley between
<br />Third and Fourth Avenues from the East line of Croner's Addition to Blair Blvd.,
<br />
<br />in the City of Eugene, Oregon,
<br />And Whereas, the report and plat of the City Engineer for the opening of
<br />said alley was duly made and filed and duly adopted by the City Council by Ordin-
<br />ance No. 6,107, passed and approved July 11 th, 1927,
<br />And Whereas, the Viewers duly appointed by said Ordinance No. 6107 made
<br />and filed a report of their findings of benefi ts and damages to the property
<br />benefit ted and. the property damaged by the opening of said alley,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, due notice of the.consideration of said report was given and
<br />thereafter said report was duly adopted by Ordinance No. 6115, passed and approved
<br />
<br />on July 25th, 1927,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, the damages sustained in the taking of property in said alley
<br />opening in the name of L. T. and N. E. Howard'amounted to $270.00, and the bene-
<br />fi ts to the property in sai d alley opening amounted to $75.. 00,
<br />
<br />And Whereas, the City of Eugene paid to L. T. Howard the excess of damages
<br />
<br />:,
<br />over benefits by General Fund Warrant No. 28781, in the sum of ~195.00,
<br />

<br />And Whereas, sal d party accept ed. said warrant,
<br />And. Whereas, there was no further obj ections to said report of viewers,
<br />
<br />and the time for appeal from the said viewer's report has long since expired,
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Eugene that
<br />
<br />the ~ollowing described. property, being the property described in said Engineer's
<br />report and in said viewer's report, towit:
