T. and N. E. Howard'amounted to $270.00, and the bene- <br />fi ts to the property in sai d alley opening amounted to $75.. 00, <br /> <br />And Whereas, the City of Eugene paid to L. T. Howard the excess of damages <br /> <br />:, <br />over benefits by General Fund Warrant No. 28781, in the sum of ~195.00, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />And Whereas, sal d party accept ed. said warrant, <br />And.
