<br /> R. Quackenbush, the sum of $501.66 in fuLL of all claims of said City against said
<br /> property, that the City convey said property to him and that the Mayor and aecorder
<br /> be and are hereby ,authorized to execute a deed pursuan t to this resolution.

<br /> Terminal Bonds for payment September 1, 1930, was on motion duly adopted:
<br /> "BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COIVIMON COUNC IL OF THE' CITY OF EUGENE:
<br /> That Whereas, heretofore, at a special city election held in the City of
<br /> Euge ne , Or~gon, August 18, 1925, there was adopted by the electors of said city a
<br /> charter amendment authorizing the is.suance of $175,000.00 Park and Terminal Bonds
<br /> of said city, and said b~nds were subsequently issued and sold and under the pro-,
<br /> vi,sions of the Charter Amendment, the city reserved the right to retire $7000.00 I
<br /> of said bonds (choosing the same by lot) annually after five years from their date
<br /> and now at this time it appearing to the Common Council that there ar~ funds in th
<br /> sinking fund provided to retire said bonds, and five years have elapsed since the
<br /> da te of said bonds, the Council does now choose by lot the following of said bonds
<br /> 'I No.3, 59, 60, 78, 93, 135, and 139, constituting $7000.00 of said issue, and the
<br /> I
<br /> Treasurer is hereby directed to publish in some newspaper in Eugene, to-wit the
<br /> Eugene ftegister, in not less than three weekly issues thereof, a notice. specifying
<br />I the numbers and amounts of the bonds now selected for payment, and stating that
<br />I such bonds shall be paid upon demand at the office of the City Treasurer, and
<br />I that interest on suoh bonds shall cease on September first, 1930.
<br />1 The fOllOWing resolution of the Eugene Water Board applying to the Counoil
<br /> for the issuance of ~450,000.00 Power and Light Bonds was presented and read,
<br /> and a resolution of the Common Council authorizing the sale of $450,000.00 Power
<br />I and Light Bonds was read. A motion was made, seconded, and carried to adopt the
