M., for the purpose of cons ide ring the bids for the improve- tj , men t of the A\riation fi eld and for the purpose of awarding a contrac t for said i improvement. 1 H. E. Wilder, Mayor. M. pursuan t tot he above call of Mayor WildeI' , with all councilmen present except Reid, Lamb, and I: Monroe. The bids received for the lighting, wiring', and field work at the aviation field were discussed, and Mr. Hen de rsh ot t, Chairman of the Fire and I Water Committee, moved that the council find and determine that the bid of Stien Bros. is found. to be the most satisfactory bid, considering price, material, and specificatiions, and consolidation of' all departments under one bid, and that all othe.r bids be rejected, and the Recorde.r instructed t;o retu.rn the bid checks of the unsuccElssful bidders, and that the City Attorney be instructed to prepa.re the con trac t, and that the Mayor and Recorde.r sign the same on behalf of the City.
