M. pursuan t tot he <br /> above call of Mayor WildeI' , with all councilmen present except Reid, Lamb, and <br /> I: Monroe. The bids received for the lighting, wiring', and field work at the <br /> aviation field were discussed, and Mr. Hen de rsh ot t, Chairman of the Fire and <br /> I Water Committee, moved that the council find and determine that the bid of Stien <br /> Bros. is found. to be the most satisfactory bid, considering price, material, <br /> and specificatiions, and consolidation of' all departments under one bid, and that <br /> all othe.r bids be rejected, and the Recorde.r instructed t;o retu.rn the bid checks <br /> of the unsuccElssful bidders, and that the City Attorney be instructed to prepa.re <br /> the con trac t, and that the Mayor and Recorde.r sign the same on behalf of the <br /> City.
