I ol special meeting of the Common Council of the City of Eugene to be held at Council I Chambers in the City Hall on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 1930, at 9 o'clock A. M. for the purpose of considering and passing an ordinance to regulate bankrupt sales and closing out sales within the City of Eugene and providing a penalty for a violation theJ:'eof and declaring an emergency. Council met pursuant to the above call in special session and meeting was called to order by Mayor Wilder with all councilmen present except Large and . Monroe. I The pu~)ose of the call of meeting was stated and an Ordinance to regulate bankrupt sale:3 and closing out sales within the City of Eugene and providing a penalty for violation thereof and declaring an emergency was read the first time, I II and passed its second and third readings by title by unanimous consent under suspe sion of the rule, and was placed on its f i.nal pa?sage. The ayes and nays were called, ~ all c cunci Imsn pre sen t vqt ing aye, nay, none, absent Large and Monroe. The Ordin ce was declared :passed and numbered 7893.
