<br />directed by the Council here tofors to be used for the employment of unemployed
<br />labor amoun ting to $1000.00, be turned over by the Treasurer to t,he emergency
<br />fund, to be paid out upon the approval of the City Enginaer in accordance with the
<br />arrangements e stabli shed heretofore.
