Motion was made, I <br /> r~,~. seconded, and carried to adopt the recommendation. <br /> '~". ~ <br /> ~. <br /> CC The Police Committee recommended that Mr. Fowlel' be given pe.rmission to <br /> install his patented st~p street signal at two intersections, as designated by the <br /> Police Committee, without expense to the City and with the understanding that 1'Lr. <br /> Fowle.r will remove the same at any time requested if not satisf~cto~y. On motion <br /> the .recommendation was adopted. <br /> Councilman Hendershott moved that the Recorder be inst.ructed to draw <br /> war ran ts 011 the revol ving fund each Sa tu.rday for the amount s due the extra men <br /> employed in cutting grass for the City. The motion was seconded and carried. <br /> Mr. A. J. McNeese asked the Council for a reduction of the plumbers <br /> license, and this matte.r was referred to the Judiciary Commi ttee to report bacl{ <br /> at the next meeting of the Council. . <br /> e <br /> Councilman Simon discussed the need of providing work for the unemployed <br /> during the coming winte.r. <br /> Chairman Large of the Finance Committee .reported that there was sufficient. <br /> money in the Park and Terminal Sinking Fund to take up the amount of $7,000.00 <br /> of these bonds as provided by the act au.thorizing said bonds. It was moved that <br /> the City deterrrune to exercise its option and righ~, and that we proceed to draw <br /> by lot from the numbers of said bonds outstanding $7,000.00.. ' Motion was seconded <br /> and car.ried, and thereupon the Ci ty Recorder under direction of the Council drew <br /> by lot the following numbers of sai d Terminal Bond s, t owi t: Nos. 21,124, 104, <br /> I 108, 121, 142, and 96. <br /> I On motion the Council adjou.rned to meet at 7:30 o'clock P.
